There was a point when towards the end of my undergraduate studies, I did not know if I should carry on to do a masters degree. While it was almost guaranteed that I would be given a scholarship to pursue my graduate studies at my university, I was getting cold feet at the last minute. “Is this really what I want?”, “Why do I want to do this?”, “What if I discover halfway that I’m not good enough to complete it?” were some examples of the questions that popped into my mind. All I knew at that point in time was that I was not satisfied with only a bachelor’s degree.
